After the presentation of the movement "trainee impossible" and display the table of claims to vote, one time Discussion was opened. Several comments were made:
  • Who represents "Trainee Impossible"? Is there a "leader"? Answer: Not at this time, college management.
  • It should be noted the inequity in treatment between students (in some academies, interns are at 8: Academy of Limoges for example).
  • character too "utopian" the claim on the reduction in service. Proposal to clarify that are especially targeted: overtime, PP, exam classes, services to both institutions. (Proposal submitted to vote)
  • The idea of a meeting with the rector in partnership with FP seems premature.
  • Debate on the proposed claims of systematic tenure. Misgivings were expressed against a claim too drastic and premature. (Proposal submitted to vote)
  • Proposal of an additional letter to send to the Ombudsman.
Voting results:

Claims:
  • Reduced service: adopted unanimously
  • Having a more concrete support ;: adopted unanimously
  • Having transparent validation conditions: adopted unanimously
Another proposal IF:

Lactulose Für Babys

Minutes of the AGM on October 8 at Créteil

A week after the incorporation in Torcy a collective movement of trainees Education, information has circulated in schools and on mailing lists and more and more of us become part of the movement.

Participants at the training day held at the Interdisciplinary IUFM Créteil Friday, October 8 had been warned of holding a meeting on arrival in the morning and were given a copy of the leaflet from the AGM on October 1st.
From 13:30 to 14h, fifty students were present : teachers college, general high schools, technical and professional and CPE, that is to say almost all the trainees that day.

After presenting the roots of the movement, address stagiaireimpossible@gmail.com was reminded of all those who wish to be kept informed of the actions of trainees in the academy and, more increasingly, beyond. Another important announcement concerned the organization of a large AG National trainees Wednesday, October 20 at the Labour Exchange in Paris .

After a phase of discussion on the claims that we want to reaffirm, or add nuance compared to the call of Torcy, the following resolutions were voted on and adopted by an overwhelming majority:
  • AGM on 8 / 10 in Créteil reaffirms the need for a reduction in service during the internship year (6 abstentions and 3 against) a Full Time bluntly urges us to end, we suffer and hope that students do not suffer the effects.
  • Quasi-unanimity on our call practical support (2 abstentions) : We need tutors present, and certainly not to be caught in the tensions between institutional players in our training. Finally
  • transparent procedures and criteria for validation internship is also a very high expectation (4 abstentions) : information arrives in dribs and drabs, and sometimes contradict, the inter-academic disparities even more confusing everything.
Until then, the AG in Creteil, 8 therefore incorporates in its account all the demands expressed by 1 in Torcy. In addition, our discussions have focused much on regular training days that we follow on the days without being to achieve, and led us to add a fourth point:
  • Redevelopment training sessions (2 abstentions 2 cons) : if they are not optional, and represent a working time than that released by our two hours of discharge (as any theoretical Creteil), why are they not count as a service and then paid (initial training of end of August included)? Is it reasonable that winners of competitions follow the same training as their inexperienced colleagues? Why the number and distribution of hours she differs from one discipline to another?
Finally, the initiatives so far have met with some isolated action proposals discussed last week in Torcy, and the assembly finally voted on the principle of collective trainees letters addressed to the Rector, the organizations of school principals, unions of Education and federations of parents (2 abstentions) .

Those wishing to contribute to their writing will try to achieve in the next week.

The meeting ended at 14h, in time to resume training.

Tract from the AG 1 October: "Call of Torcy"

TO ALL STUDENTS TEACHERS

An observation: to enter the profession Full time does not ensure preparation and conduct courses as good as we would like. This is even more challenging than we are caught in an institutional context that complicates very tense relations with our tutors, trainers, principals and inspectors.
In these terms, conditions seem more uncertain tenure.
Against this backdrop, the trainees in Torcy met Friday 1 October and agreed on three claims strong :

➔ LESS HOURS OF SERVICE: we want immediate relief to schedule classes for us, and radical reduction for future trainees in 2011. ➔
more concrete support: we need a guardian involved for everyone, and guaranteed to be detached from our facilities at the training we have left. ➔
CONDITIONS OF TRANSPARENT VALIDATION: we finally know how many visits we receive, when and who and what precisely will be the evaluation criteria, and that restores the national framework to ensure equal treatment of academies .

To bring these claims, we hope to continue our mobilization and extend it to all trainees at all levels, all disciplines, all branches and all the academies.
How to participate?
• Send us an email to stagiaireimpossible@gmail.com to exchange information and advocacy to build a coherent movement scale!
• Photocopy this tract, said a delegate to ask your institution to use the credit union.
• Diffuse it in your school, during cross-training (Friday, 8 in the Academy of Créteil) and with your knowledge of other academies. More
we are, the more likely we are to overcome our difficulties. We love this business, and that's because we want to do that we must make our voices heard!

Minutes of the AGM on October 1 in Torcy

At the initiative of some trainees a general meeting held in the teacher training institutes in Torcy. Two colleagues were awarded in the different training rooms and a leaflet was distributed to announce this first gathering.
We were about 80 people. The meeting began at 16:45 and ended half past one later. It was attended by trainee teachers of English, French and history and geography, trainers and two stewards of the SNES.

The discussion started on the precarious conditions of work of individual interns this year:

- the 15 or 18 hours are a concern for everybody (fatigue, quality of courses, stress) and do not allow us to get the best training days.
- Some students still do not have a guardian
- A these difficult working conditions of work is added additional pressure came from a conflict between-principals and the education authority: some principals refuse that Interns attend training days outside the day released into our schedules for that purpose. We find ourselves between two fires threaten principals retained pay interns who surrendered to the days of training on their teaching hours and turn to the rector, through the IPR, we are to attend the day training on pain also withheld wages.
- Finally, the conditions for validation of our degrees are still confused (how many visits this year, what are the evaluation criteria)

Following this observation, we discussed the establishment of a protest movement.

- An email address has been established stagiaireimpossible@gmail.com . It must allow the creation of a mailing list + contact with unions.
- The need the expansion of the movement of a hand to other students of the Academy of Créteil and other trainees from other academies has naturally imposed.
- This movement must also be based on all trade unions of Education (including principals)
- ; associations of parents of students must also understand the situation in and so we are joining our demands.
- Indeed, we discuss the claims that are the foundation of our movement. The priority in this exchange has been given to reducing our schedule + + tutor for clarification of all the validation requirements.

This raised the question of our terms of action. A summary of the proposals:

- distribution of a leaflet calling for the holding of general meeting in every place of training
- Sending letters to the rectory, teacher unions, principals' union, an association of parents of students.
- Establishment of a procession of students during the demonstration on October 12 to win visibility.
- We can note that the representatives of the SNES have assured their support to this movement and the ability to provide local knowledge to make photocopies and to help our protest ( passing various unions, including SUD and FOR, which were not present at this meeting we have also expressed their support)
- ; A trainer also letters addressed to ensure its approval from the nascent movement. Following the proposal of one of us to stop sign attendance sheet to show our dissatisfaction with this "flicage" of the rector, she proposed that it be trainers themselves themselves that make up these sheets over to the rectory.

So we voted on various proposals

- Writing a leaflet that we must distribute at future training days with the results of the first GA has been widely accepted.
- On the matter of the claims triptych: the reduction of service time + need a tutor for all + thinning conditions validation was also widely accepted.
- Forming a procession of students at the demonstration on 12 October was also submitted to a vote and was rejected (slightly).
