After dissemination of the leaflet "trainee impossible" and passage of representatives of the movement in the 2 classes to warn the all trainees, was held at the GA site IUFM Saint-Denis from 16h to 17h.
14 people were present , or about one third of the total workforce on site. Two delegates from the SNES (which did not participate in the vote) were also present.
Several disciplines were represented: Physics, Chemistry, Literature, History-Geo, English, Biology, French, History (PLP), .... (Note: CPE interns have been approached. They have shown a keen interest in the movement)
After the presentation of the movement "trainee impossible" and display the table of claims to vote, one time Discussion was opened. Several comments were made:
- Who represents "Trainee Impossible"? Is there a "leader"? Answer: Not at this time, college management.
- It should be noted the inequity in treatment between students (in some academies, interns are at 8: Academy of Limoges for example).
- character too "utopian" the claim on the reduction in service. Proposal to clarify that are especially targeted: overtime, PP, exam classes, services to both institutions. (Proposal submitted to vote)
- The idea of a meeting with the rector in partnership with FP seems premature.
- Debate on the proposed claims of systematic tenure. Misgivings were expressed against a claim too drastic and premature. (Proposal submitted to vote)
- Proposal of an additional letter to send to the Ombudsman.
Voting results:
Claims:
- Reduced service: adopted unanimously
- Having a more concrete support ;: adopted unanimously
- Having transparent validation conditions: adopted unanimously
Another proposal IF:
- Meeting with the president in "partnership" with FP: sucker with small majority
- Letters to the President, Parents , union (principals and teachers): adopted unanimously
Proposals GA:
- Put the emphasis on overtime, PP, classes examinations, services on two sites: unanimously adopted
- Letter to the Ombudsman of the Republic unanimously
