The bad management of the Director and the incompetent staff of the Tourism Directorate of Oum El Bouaghi have vanished all projects that have been programmed over the past years (ZET, TOC and others).
Despite the immense potential in archaeological and Roman vetiges, including Sigus, and Ksar Sbahi Dhalaâ, management could not even put a real stimulus plan that tourism can bring this very sensitive area on the rails.
Speaking here at a very important issue where a tourist map and tour guide to management cost over 300 million centimes, and the best part is that his last (Map & Guide) were designed and printed Algiers.
