The association SAPONE33 "is created in June 2001

support of a local ephemeral Gironde
The head was the parent of a student, and we proposed an accompaniment to a work camp in France and Burkina Faso village. He had already mounted shares in the building with his association and we shared for one year the dream of a center for youth training, here and there.
Alas! Shortly thereafter, the association filed for bankruptcy and disappeared. But the line was drawn and walkers French had control of their roadmap.
Entrepreneurs villagers sought
The first plans were followed, based on knowledge of village entrepreneurs in Burkina including a young entrepreneur with a corresponding schoolgirls first stay in 1987. partners who build and manage

1. A borehole, the pump and curb
Our project was to use companies Burkinabe and a local management committee.

An exceptional grant will allow us to pursue this project and to begin drilling the first phase of construction.
All partners are mobilizing: markets, markets, bingo, exhibits.
A request is sent to the President of the General Council for financial support April 29.
unexpected assistance is provided by a group supported by a former student of Creon and provides a check for 450 euros May 6, 2002.

The need for a management committee can alert users to a financial low is announced. Pay for water is not in cultural habits, but how to maintain the pump or drilling in case of failure? The issue of local technicians able to maintain the pumps in the village is also raised.

The sources of these 25 years of exchanges

It was Christmas 1984. The Sankara in Burkina Faso. An invitation to Ouagadougou. First fitted to the northwest, Djibo, mountains Hombori, Mali, Timbuktu-Bamako road construction, Mopti on the banks of the River Niger, the mosque of Djenne. A population barely glimpsed, realities confused ... A hasty return. What to frustration to want to come back and approach people with quiet energy, despite the great difficulties daily.

May 1985. The opportunity of an exhibition at City Hall for a taste stimulus that Africa through guided tours that teachers perform with some groups of pupils with interclass: exchanges around colors, know-how.
Contacts are made with a small college in Burkina Faso by means of an inspector in training at the International School, then in Talence.

October 1985. Teachers send a mail to this rural college of Saponé, located 40 kilometers of tracks from the capital Ouagadougou. They were three flights to having colluded to suggest a match can motivate their students to write. They were therefore seeking assistance to rural Africa. In November came a reply from the director of the college building which did while two classes of sixth.
In the enthusiasm of a desire to write finally found three packets of letters went to 13 December Saponé. Correspondence school would be the first step of a staircase opening onto unexpected story. To work, the letter writers clubbed according to the weight of mail sent by agreement of the families.

the first quarter of 1986, a section was added to the Foyer socio-educational college and took the name of "Exchanges with Saponé. The room allocated seed money, allowing animations, including video rentals and participation in demonstrations. Two were particularly strong this year: "1 May Ambarès, called Third World and the day June 16 at Parc Bordeaux's Day Pupils.

1987 promised to be the year of discovery realities for all.
In March, a weekend workshop given by the association SILO stood in college. The goal was to learn about the Intercultural simulation games. A folder

EAP (Education Action Project) was introduced in Rectory in school activities on the theme of solidarity with African college students.
same time was preparing a trip to a small delegation of the college, made up of youth clubs, teachers and parents. The mayor of Creon's commitment to provide financial support for student travel. Note that adults have always supported their travel and living expenses.
In June, the club organized a contest-school students to designate starting in Africa. A total of 500 points was on knowledge (Burkina Faso), on correspondence, on attendance and active participation in the club and also the human qualities developed during these activities ... Four scholarships were offered.

4. Workshop and Training
Two years will be needed to finance and build the workshops and provide equipment necessary for training. Our partners choose to start with the formation of a dozen women in soap. This will be a success according to the trainer. The French partners will stay the opportunity to participate in this production and awareness of quality products.
In February 2006, the mayor of Creon Saponé stays with a team of high school in Gironde. Their participation Centre's activities and their findings will be crucial for the future.
With soap Saponé, trade and social solidarity appears to be germ.
But the acquisition of basic products (shea nuts and their transformation into butter) is one of the reasons for the abandonment of this production by six women. Four others were not "sitting" and continue to build homes. The question of the use of the workshop and the dispersion of the material purchased are asked to partners.

activities that meet a social need are coordinated to the study and the formation of a manager.

6. Library: redevelopment and management
At the same time, the library was removed and placed in a large room near the workshop. An equipment shelf is made by an artisan village. After inventory, the books are arranged according to a simple classification. French trainees participate. Volunteer high school students are running it and give satisfaction so far.
This library has nearly a thousand ouvrages.et documents. It is regularly frequented by very young, but also by students and their teachers.
animations about African writers have taken place over the last two years. They are free, quality, and followed with great interest. The operation of this activity is best defined in the project in 2001: free, voluntary, secular and open to all.

7. Testing of micro-financing
Since 2008, our association meets the demand for support of a young animator Saponé. His needs are great material. Our association is negotiating with him the possibility of interest free credit. An account reserved for future appropriations is open to Saponé and our community partners become stakeholders on hand to advise the borrower and educate prospective applicants.
In 2009, we hear the request of a young seamstress from the village formed in Ouagadougou, eager to move into a room near the family compound and conscious of the need for teamwork to succeed. The first repayments of the facilitator should allow the loan to the seamstress.
But this is not the case. We are led partners to meet these young people, to listen to their project, their problems and then to reformulate the concept of repayable loans. These exchanges in 2010 lead to a redefinition made common loans and contracts.
We realize that every project must be worked in partnership to see the day before and he must be patient, firm and determined to follow the evolution of the project defined in common.

8. Valuing rural groups is that of
Koagma which has been tracked for over ten years. Both instructors are volunteers. They have two hectares of land near the dam, where they planned to learn different farming practices profitable. The group is composed of four women and eight men. After haggling, needs two years have been defined (some new seeds and chemical fertilizers). Their goal is to better feed themselves and sell a portion of production in order to meet other expenses (health, school ...).

9. Towards a concerted management
This African village became full-function joint in 2007: a mayor and a team in new buildings at the entrance to Saponé-Karkuidighin; events citizens like these hundred civil marriages grouped in January 2010 and a central market in rebuilding after fires, Roofing Tin replacing woven mats, and the Center Saponé 33 caught between effective management and private associative management hesitant because recent and no real experience.
Everyone is aware of the training needs of a population that is not only rural and agricultural. The paved road that puts Saponé less than thirty minutes from the capital Ouagadougou, the arrival of electricity, the beginnings of decentralization, are all factors, to mention only those which transform men, creating new needs and showing the urgency of training, particularly in youth and women. Only
discussion between willing partners can feed a sustainable and effective accompaniment

To go further in partnership

How members of different societies as historically, culturally, economically they can share, understand and build a joint project?

1. It emerged during the past twenty-five years of trade flows that were as rewarding for young people and adults of both partner communities : It is far from a simple system using one-way and how we could quote commitments of adult life choices young people have been fed by these exchanges.

2. There remains the complex question of partnership and agency management and our actions because the experience of our companies is very remote. A
Saponé, ethnicity, position in the lineage, women's place in society, seniority in the town, the employability of young people, are all elements that should be explored further.
We ask, however, the assumption a recomposition of the traditional powers and learning to exercise responsibility associative, as in France, is useful to local democracy.
In our project, the creation of a multipurpose cultural center jointly managed in a spirit of secularism is to encourage several levels: No
that of the economy with social assistance to youth and women through refundable credits;
n that of dissemination of knowledge in the framework of the Francophonie, with the creation of an interactive library and entertainment by local youth volunteers;
No one from the Management Training Centre itself ;
n and finally the project support to rural areas in its new practices, including the Koagma.

3. This ambition is shared with our partners is trying to fit into a system of action and cultural development of the three-game record for regulation, promotion and social recognition. This ambition is participating in a tree that modifies the associative local socio-political landscape and its ability to innovate.
4. Join us on our blog: http://creon-sapone.blogspot.com

animations about authors Africans have taken place over the last two years.

An account reserved for future appropriations is open to Saponé and our community partners become stakeholders in up to advise the borrower and educate prospective applicants.
These exchanges in 2010 lead to a redefinition made in common loans and contracts.

After haggling, needs two years were defined (some new seeds and chemical fertilizers). Their goal is to better feed themselves and sell a portion of production in order to meet other expenses (health, school ...).

9. Towards a concerted management
This African village became full-function joint in 2007: a mayor and a team in new buildings at the entrance to Saponé-Karkuidighin; civic events like these hundred civil marriages grouped in January 2010 and a market central reconstruction after fires, Roofing Tin replacing woven mats, and the Center Saponé 33 caught between private management effective and associative management hesitant because recent and no real experience.
Everyone is aware of the training needs of a population that is not only rural and agricultural. The paved road that puts Saponé less than thirty minutes from the capital Ouagadougou, the arrival of electricity, the beginnings of decentralization, are all factors, to name but a few that turn men, creating new needs and showing the urgency of training, particularly in youth and women. Only
discussion between willing partners can feed a support sustainable and effective

To go further in partnership

How members of different societies as historically, culturally, economically they can share, understand and build a common project?

1. It emerged during the past twenty-five years of trade flows that were as rewarding for young people and adults of both partner communities: it is far from a simple system using one-way and how we could quote commitments of adult life choices young people have been fed by these exchanges.

2. Remains complex issue of partnership and agency management and our actions because the experience of our companies is very remote. A
Saponé, ethnicity, position in the lineage, women's place in society, seniority in the town, the employability of young people, are all elements that should be explored further.
We ask, however, the hypothesis of a recomposition of the traditional powers and learning to exercise responsibility associative, as in France, is useful to local democracy.
In our project, the creation a multipurpose cultural center jointly managed in a spirit of secularism is to encourage several levels: 
that of the economy with social assistance to youth and women through refundable credits;
 the dissemination of knowledge in the context de la Francophonie, with the creation of an interactive library and entertainment by local youth volunteers;
 that the Management Training Centre itself;
 and finally the support of projects in rural practices news, including the Koagma.

3. This ambition is shared with our partners in trying to register a system of action and cultural development of the three-game record of regulation, promotion and social recognition. This ambition is participating in a tree that modifies the associative local socio-political landscape and its ability to innovate.
