Wednesday, October 20 at 17h, a meeting of students of National Education has held at the call of the collective self Intern impossible, with the help of unions.
Present over 180 people, mostly from the academy but also Créteil a dozen students and Versailles, a dozen of Paris and Amiens. The general education and technology were of course represented, but there was also a librarian and two senior education holders. The primary was not left with a dozen school teachers trainees, including two representatives of the meeting held a few hours earlier at the IUFM Livry-Gargan.

The sitting president then made a brief reminder of qualifying conditions we experience: a huge number of hours for beginners, a state of extreme pressure and exhaustion, the lack of tutors for many of us (7 were present in this case), conditions of tenure opaque and cynicism of the authorities who claimed that the day before our entry into the craft posed no particular problem.

This positioning has allowed the development of a statement of support on behalf of an Inter the second level of the Academy of Créteil composed of SNES-FSU, the SNEP-FSU, SN-FO-LC CGT-Educ'action, the NMS-CFDT and SUD Education.
These unions join forces to claim the reduction in the number of hours in class, a real support of all players in our training, and transparency of assessment criteria, which are identical for all. They add a fourth point to remind students that they will defend against any further pressure and retaliation against the motion. A hearing will be requested to the Rector of the Academy of Creteil to submit these claims.
SNETAA-EIL and CNT-FTE also have also expressed their support for the movement.
The meeting then took the time to the discussion both the deplorable conditions in which our students and we are the costs, on the terms of our demands and actions to pursue in the coming weeks.
The need for a joint movement of students from 1 st and 2 nd degree became clear: the school teachers trainees of the "wave B Creteil have suffered even worse conditions than those now known of college / high school in terms of load time without preparation, no classes in college and high school examination, no classes-primary hinges, no more than two levels in secondary, no double-level classes in primary classes no specific difficulties (CLIS SEGPA, non-francophones, etc. ...), uniform national waiting period and evaluation ... Beyond the specifics of each, we find ourselves on the merits of our claims.
All have also stressed the need to further expand the movement with greater visibility, especially among fellow owners and parents.
Finally, if we were together on the issue of our working conditions, we must not forget that our situation is one aspect of a general policy in Education and beyond, aimed at reducing school supervision and widespread insecurity of non-incumbents.
To finish the session, proposals were discussed regularly voted, and were adopted as follows (about 120 present at this stage of the meeting).
Claims:
- right to a participation in accountability to students not exceeding one third of the full service: 96 votes
- law two years of paid professional training: 62 votes
