Vinegar Clean Pressing Comb

Minutes of the AGM on October 1 in Torcy

At the initiative of some trainees a general meeting held in the teacher training institutes in Torcy. Two colleagues were awarded in the different training rooms and a leaflet was distributed to announce this first gathering.
We were about 80 people. The meeting began at 16:45 and ended half past one later. It was attended by trainee teachers of English, French and history and geography, trainers and two stewards of the SNES.

The discussion started on the precarious conditions of work of individual interns this year:

- the 15 or 18 hours are a concern for everybody (fatigue, quality of courses, stress) and do not allow us to get the best training days.
- Some students still do not have a guardian
- A these difficult working conditions of work is added additional pressure came from a conflict between-principals and the education authority: some principals refuse that Interns attend training days outside the day released into our schedules for that purpose. We find ourselves between two fires threaten principals retained pay interns who surrendered to the days of training on their teaching hours and turn to the rector, through the IPR, we are to attend the day training on pain also withheld wages.
- Finally, the conditions for validation of our degrees are still confused (how many visits this year, what are the evaluation criteria)

Following this observation, we discussed the establishment of a protest movement.

- An email address has been established stagiaireimpossible@gmail.com . It must allow the creation of a mailing list + contact with unions.
- The need the expansion of the movement of a hand to other students of the Academy of Créteil and other trainees from other academies has naturally imposed.
- This movement must also be based on all trade unions of Education (including principals)
- ; associations of parents of students must also understand the situation in and so we are joining our demands.
- Indeed, we discuss the claims that are the foundation of our movement. The priority in this exchange has been given to reducing our schedule + + tutor for clarification of all the validation requirements.

This raised the question of our terms of action. A summary of the proposals:

- distribution of a leaflet calling for the holding of general meeting in every place of training
- Sending letters to the rectory, teacher unions, principals' union, an association of parents of students.
- Establishment of a procession of students during the demonstration on October 12 to win visibility.
- We can note that the representatives of the SNES have assured their support to this movement and the ability to provide local knowledge to make photocopies and to help our protest ( passing various unions, including SUD and FOR, which were not present at this meeting we have also expressed their support)
- ; A trainer also letters addressed to ensure its approval from the nascent movement. Following the proposal of one of us to stop sign attendance sheet to show our dissatisfaction with this "flicage" of the rector, she proposed that it be trainers themselves themselves that make up these sheets over to the rectory.

So we voted on various proposals

- Writing a leaflet that we must distribute at future training days with the results of the first GA has been widely accepted.
- On the matter of the claims triptych: the reduction of service time + need a tutor for all + thinning conditions validation was also widely accepted.
- Forming a procession of students at the demonstration on 12 October was also submitted to a vote and was rejected (slightly).
